I have been engaged to establish and grow the new Property Management division for RWC Industrial City South.

My focus is on making sure properties run smoothly and efficiently, while providing reliable support to both owners and tenants. This includes overseeing budgets, collecting rent, coordinating contractors and maintenance, and ensuring all properties meet safety and compliance requirements.

The overall goal is to build strong relationships with tenants and owners, keep operations running seamlessly, and help deliver long-term value and performance across each property — while hopefully keeping everyone happy and the emergency after-hours calls to a minimum.
